Have I mentioned lately how much I love Instagram (and madly in-love couples)?! Ohhh my word, you aren’t ready for this blog – trust me. Kiana and Ryan’s Oregon glamping yurt couples session was everything I could’ve hoped for. I’m forever obsessed with Oregon and this couple.

I first met Kiana through Instagram, funnily enough! Instantly, I thought she was the sweetest, most genuine soul. She actually went on to recommend me to photograph Jazz and Dallin’s ROMANTIC PORTLAND, OREGON CHAPEL WEDDING (which was phenomenal, by the way). And as fate would have it… I had the honor of meeting Kiana and her sweet hubby AT Jazz and Dallin’s wedding! It always blows my mind when a connection comes so easily with someone you just met. The connection between Kiana, Ryan, and I was so good that we just had to do a couples session together 😏

Oregon has always held such a special place in my heart. The moody, PNW vibes just get me feeling some type of way. Since I was already in Oregon, I knew I wanted to capture some more content before heading back to Central California. A photographer herself, Kiana was more than down to book a last minute yurt set in the woods. This session quickly turned into everything I’ve ever dreamt of. As if I wasn’t already obsessed with Kiana and Ryan enough, they were freaking naturals in front of the camera. 

Glamping Yurt Couples Session

The inspiration behind this Oregon Glamping yurt couples session was cozy, intimate, and comfortable. What I hadn’t anticipated was that the yurt would have the sickest outdoor shower. And you know what an outdoor shower means at a couples session, right?! If you guessed a steamy shower session, you’re 100% correct. My heart is still palpitating when reminiscing on this spicy sesh. Kiana and Ryan’s photos will forever be some of my favorites that I’ve ever captured. We took so many cozy, spicy photos both inside and outside of the yurt – and even enjoyed [several] brews. 

I can’t even express just how much I am looking forward to being friends with these two for many years to come…
