I'm based in Bakersfield, California and photograph families throughout Central California, including Tehachapi and the Central Coast, with travel available throughout California and beyond.
Wherever we end up, the location is only the backdrop.

Come exactly as you are.
Let the kids get a little dirty. Let them wander away from whatever we had planned. Pick them up when they ask. Kiss your partner. Chase them through the grass. Let somebody have a meltdown and give them a minute.
There is no expectation for your family to perform for me.
Some of my favorite photographs happen when everyone forgets we're taking photographs at all.
THIS SEASON DOESN'T NEED TO LOOK PERFECT TO BE WORTH DOCUMENTING.
These photographs aren't only for the version of you that exists today.
They're for your children when they're older. For the stories you'll tell them about who they were. For the walls of homes you haven't lived in yet and the boxes of photographs someone will open decades from now.
They're proof that this version of your life existed.

Sierra is so sweet and fun to photo shoot with. She works great with toddlers. She makes the experience so easy and natural. Just be yourself and have fun and she’ll capture those most beautiful memorable moments. I had some hiccups needing to reschedule but Sierra was so understanding and helpful throughout.
